STGi’s growth over the past decade has created the need for more leaders within the organization and provided the opportunity for us to champion our exemplary staff, including current program directors, through promotions. We hire personnel with potential for growth and support them to develop in their career by supporting continuing education, new degrees, and professional licenses or certifications.
