STGi is committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and work. All across the country, our employees give their time and efforts to support their local communities.

STGi has a long history of donating to charities that advance human wellbeing and ensure better and stronger communities. Our annual giving includes sponsoring races, bowling tournaments, toy drives, and providing food baskets during the holiday season.

STGi is a proud supporter of the Andrea Kauffman Sprint "Four" the Cure 5K, which supports research at the Washington Hospital Center's Cancer Institute. Each year, our employees set goals for their own philanthropy, raising the bar higher to donate more Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets to Koinonia Cares, a program that provides holiday meals to local families. For six years, STGi sponsored the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program, donating over 1,000 toys to deserving children in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. STGi has "adopted" a Head Start Center in Washington, D.C., and employees take part in their Save Our Season program during the holidays, providing toys (and lots of bicycles!) to students at the Edward C. Mazique Parent Child Center.

STGi also believes in supporting programs that create opportunities for the next generation of business leaders and preserve the arts in our community. STGi actively supports the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), an organization that provides entrepreneurial training in low-income communities. Additionally, STGi ensures that the arts continue to thrive in our local community by supporting Tony Award®- winning Signature Theatre, located in Arlington, VA. Our employees are very active in supporting many worthy causes, including the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, Team in Training for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, JDRF, and Give Kids the World.

Our President and CEO, Michelle S. Lee, is the 2013 Chairwoman of the Board for the ServiceSource Foundation, which supports the not-for-profit ServiceSource Network in its mission to provide individuals with disabilities an exceptional experience through innovative and valued employment, training, rehabilitation, and support services. Ms. Lee also serves on the Board of the Washington Hospital Center Foundation, supporting the health and wellbeing of those who live and work in our nation's capital.
