Michelle S. Lee

President and Chief Executive Officer
Michelle Lee Ms. Lee, founder of STGi, possesses more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of business operations and government contracting. Within STGi, she is a hands-on executive, involved in every facet of business operations and customer development. Over the course of her career, Ms. Lee has transitioned and managed hundreds of business contracts to success. STGi's growth and success demonstrate Ms. Lee's ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and responsibilities, to operate from a global perspective, and to integrate divergent concepts that result in creative solutions. Her expertise in recruiting, retaining, and motivating superior talent for optimum performance has also served as one of the key attributes to the company’s significant growth. Ms. Lee places special emphasis on fostering an environment for success through her dedication to inclusive leadership and an open-door policy.

Ms. Lee actively supports professional, academic and civic organizations, serving on numerous executive boards. In 2013, Ms. Lee assumed Chairwoman of the Operating Board for ServiceSource, Inc., a leading regional not-for-profit that serves individuals with disabilities and their families; providing employment opportunities, rehabilitation and housing services in eight states and the District of Columbia. Ms. Lee has served on the Board of Directors since 2008.

An advocate for delivering healthcare to the underprivileged, Ms. Lee serves as a trusted advisor on the Board of Directors for MedStar Washington Hospital Center Foundation, located in Washington, DC. The Foundation supports the largest hospital in the nation’s capital, MedStar Washington Hospital center, a private not-for-profit medical center, providing care for over 450,000 patients. Ms. Lee also serves as an InnauguralBoard of Directors member for the MedStar Heart Institute, a premier heart hospital on the East Coast. Recognized for providing superior medical care, the MedStar Washington Hospital Center has been consistently listed as one of the nation's top heart centers by U.S. News & World Report for more than 14 years. Ms. Lee holds a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Sciences from Texas Woman's University.

Jeff Bell

Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Bell Mr. Bell has nearly fifteen years of experience in financial management and operations in the services sector. He oversees compliance with and implementation of all contracts, accounting activities, and regulatory compliance pursuant to each client and to each state in which STGi operates. In 2012, Mr. Bell was recognized by Washington SmartCEO as one of the region's top CFOs with the "SmartCFO" award.

Mr. Bell has been a key player in the growth of STGi from a small business to a nationwide company with consistent growth in its delivery of services to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Since joining the executive team in 2001, Mr. Bell has led STGi through various business cycles.

As a ten year Veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Bell served his country in the continental U.S. as well as a three-year tour with the Allied Forces Southern Europe NATO command in Naples, Italy.

Mr. Bell holds a Master of Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Marcia Euwema

Vice President, Human Resources and Recruiting
Marcia Euwema Ms. Euwema has over 25 years of experience in human resources and management, spanning a variety of industries including the federal and private sectors, as well as non-profits. Her background reaches all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, employee development and training, and benefits and compensation programs.

In her position with STGi, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources Department including recruitment and retention of top talent, onboarding, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, development of competitive compensation and benefit plans, and ensuring improved process efficiencies through the utilization of the HRIS and ATS. Ms. Euwema’s team also focuses on recruiting diverse skills and abilities to provide top talent to our customers.

Ms. Euwema holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Davenport University and a SPHR Certification. In 2010, she received the Dr. J.P. London Award, for recognition in human resources leadership and promoting ethical behavior.

Thomas Wills

Vice President, Finance
Thomas Wills Mr. Wills has more than 16 years of experience as the controller for companies serving the federal and state government sectors. His government agency engagements include A-133 audits for local non-profits, revenue allocation for various state agencies, and various work for the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service. He is also experienced working with outside accounting firms on company financial audits, 401k submission requirements, and accounts receivable audits.

Mr. Wills began his career at STGi in 2010 as Controller, and was recently promoted to Vice President of Finance. He is responsible for all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger, monthly closing and budgeting. He also supports STGi’s Contracts and Facilities departments.

Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Loyola University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
